AtoZ The USA provides extensive information on each of  the States. Includes history, culture, and even primary sources!

Global Road Warrior provides information on 175 countries around the world! Perfect for any world traveler, this resource includes information on history, culture, language, food, and more.

Too often, when controversial issues arise, we only speak with those we agree with, afraid of heated discussion, inflamed tempers, and destroyed relationships. The current political atmosphere is no exception. In this 3-part series, Facilitator Melissa Rudder will lead activities and exercises designed to teach listening and speaking skills. In the third workshop, Melissa will lead an interactive exploration of ways communities can come together across the political divide to create a future that supports our deepest needs.

Workshop 3: Visioning the Future
Thursday, March 30, 6-8 p.m.
In this interactive workshop, we will explore how we can come together across the political divide to create a future that supports our deepest needs through the tools gained in the first and second workshops of this series. We will examine and explore what that future looks like, what some of the challenges will be, how we will overcome them, and what we are most excited about.

Free! Please sign up for all three workshops by calling the Library.
