Art Displays
Christopher Bowen Art Exhibit:
Christopher J. Bowen, West Brookfield resident, media producer, author, and educator is new to the world of painting pictures. Happily, painting feels like a natural extension of his visual communication interests and he finds the process very relaxing. Bowen’s professional life requires photographic portraits and, recently, he has been dabbling in the painted portrait arena. To gain more experience with both, he volunteered to photograph and paint residents of the Brookhaven Assisted Care home here in West Brookfield. Bowen has discovered that working with senior citizens is fun and rewarding and he is developing more opportunities to serve this important population in our communities.
Examples of Christopher Bowen’s portrait paintings are on display throughout the month of January. Please come celebrate our neighbors from the Brookhaven home.
Quilt Display:
Quaboag Plantation 350th Anniversary Quilt depicting the Brookfields, Warren, and New Braintree. Stop by to see this special remembrance!
